Do you handle IT equipment?+

Yes. Servers, networking, storage, workstations and AV are all part of standard commercial moves. We follow asset-tagged chain of custody, anti-static handling protocols, and coordinate shutdown and power-up windows with your IT team. We do not configure IT — we transport and reinstall it physically.

Can you reassemble cubicles and modular furniture?+

Yes. We know the major commercial systems (Steelcase, Herman Miller, Haworth, Teknion) and reassemble per manufacturer specs. This is the difference between a workstation that comes back into use Monday morning and one that arrives in pieces.

Do you do moves on weekends and overnight?+

Yes — most commercial moves happen Friday night through Sunday. It is the standard schedule, not a premium add-on. We are built around it.

What kind of insurance do you carry?+

$5M general liability and dedicated cargo coverage. Certificates available on request for property managers and IT directors who need them in their files.

Do you provide packing materials?+

Yes — bins, dollies, padded skins, anti-static bags, asset tags, and labelling supplies are part of every commercial project. Pre-staged before the move weekend.

What is the difference between a commercial move and a residential one?+

A commercial move has a project manager, an IT handover, modular furniture systems, building access coordination, and a deadline tied to business operations. Residential moving companies are not built for any of those things, which is why most commercial moves they take on become emergencies by Sunday afternoon.

How far in advance should I book?+

For most office moves, 4-6 weeks is comfortable. For larger warehouse or multi-floor consolidations, 8-12 weeks lets us do proper planning. Tighter timelines are possible — we will tell you honestly what is realistic.
